How do I return a product?
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
Conditions for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unworn / unused
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in the original packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to start a return
Please fill in the Return Form:

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your parcel.
Important:
- The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer.
- We do not provide or issue prepaid return shipping labels. You can choose any courier or postal service you prefer.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged items & order issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong product
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions – items that cannot be returned
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalised products (special orders, custom-made items)
- Personal care items (for example, certain cosmetics)
We also do not accept returns for:
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids
- Gases
If you’re not sure whether your product can be returned, please contact us before ordering or returning.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items on sale / clearance
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the product you want is to:
- Return the item you have, and
- After your return is approved, place a new order for the desired product.
14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must:
- Be in the same condition in which you received it
- Be unworn / unused
- Have tags intact
- Be in the original packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method
- This usually happens within 10 business days
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at office@nuvia-baby.ro.
