Product Warranty

All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty, in accordance with Romanian consumer protection laws and EU regulations (Directive (EU) 2019/771).

This warranty applies to all products unless they come with their own specific warranty certificate stating different terms.

If a product includes a manufacturer’s or brand-specific warranty, the conditions written in that document will apply.

What is covered?

The 2-year legal warranty covers any manufacturing defects or non-conformities that appear during normal use of the product.

If you notice any issue, please contact us as soon as possible at office@nuvia-baby.ro, and provide:

• A brief description of the problem
  
• Photos or videos (if applicable)
  
• Your order number or proof of purchase
  

We will evaluate the situation and guide you through the next steps.

What is not covered?

The warranty does not apply in cases such as:

• Damage caused by incorrect use, accidents, or modifications
  
• Normal wear and tear
  
• Products used in ways not intended by the manufacturer
  

How we handle warranty claims

If the claim is accepted, we will offer one of the following solutions depending on the case:

• Repair of the product
  
• Replacement with a new item
  
• Refund when repair or replacement is not possible
